I recently purchased the theme and I really and truly love it. However, the only thing I hate (yes HATE ❗ ) is the fact that there aren’t that much helpful notes on how to fix certain problems.

The pdf that comes with it, is/was a joke ❗ For $99 I expected much more 🙄 than a pdf and a bb forum (I hate bb forum, not much interaction, no search, ect.)

My suggestions:
1)better tutorials esp. for less wordpress savvy people like me. I know codes but wordpress prove to be a bit difficult for me right now.
2)better forum that isn’t hosted on wordpress, even a free hosted forum would have been better!
3) more fix notes posted somewhere.

Otherwise, great theme, I love it!

@happygirl, thanks for the feedback. Yes these sort of templates are for more advanced wordpress users and aren’t always the easiest to setup.

How do you put adsense in the top banner? On the options page, it only allows html pics to be the banner…

I have to agree, these templates are for very tech savy people, they are not that easy to setup

I currently have a problem that i post couple of images and they are not organized to the left or to the right, they like scramble all around..

Anyways, apart from that, the template is very good ! and very worth the money :)…If you are techhy of course.

Hello,

first of all, I have to say that I love the Woothemes Templates. I have used them on several of my sites and they are great. However, I am currently setting up a new blog for a client and the Gazette template is giving me some problems. The images in the slider look distorted and the quality is really crappy. I also tried to upload a large high quality image and then it only showed part of the image. So I tried all the different solutions: reducing the overall image size, cropping to the exact image size and trying the auto-resizer by uploading a hugh image. Still not the results that I want… Are there any solutions for this problem?
I would really appreciate your input and help on this! Thank you very much!

Maria

@Maria: I had the same problem too. I found a class called .full in styles.css, and just commented out “width: 930px”. This apparently forced the image to 930px. Peace.

I was reading about the license for single user. I create niche sites, but do not sell any of them.

I want to be able to use on all my domains that I personally own. Can you do this with the single user license if they are personal use only?

Please advise,

Carolyn
